Ps. 91: a deeper look.

 v. 3-4  noisome pestilence.  what is it?  noisome is desire for one to fall, ruin, mischief, calamity, perverse substance.

pestilence is  a destroying plaque. 

v.4 two words trust and truth.   trust is faith.  in what?  truth. If a person is walking in faith and standing on the words of promise, they abide under the protection of the almighty father and Jesus. 

 in v.7  we see how that happened. thousands  all over the world had covid. God protects those of faith and trust. wish so many had this faith.  I praise my savior for his mercies on me and protection.  the word of God is like a shield of protection. see the armor of God in Eph. 5. shield of faith.

shroud and the scriptures

 They scanned and studied the shroud inch by inch for years. if something was written on it it would have been found.  The bible is clear that is written in the N.T.. 

look up the story of Lazarus in . Matt. 11:44 He is raised from the  dead. Then we see the Jewish custom.  He was wearing grave clothes. -- then we see he was wearing a napkin on his head.  see John  20:7 Jesus has grave clothes and a napkin.  The napkin is on his head and face. till removed to be separate     it is not possible for the face to be on the grave clothes Shroud. . it is suspicious  that this is a image not to be worshipped, or trick a person into Catholicism.  

There is another positive proof about the shroud but can only share it with certain Christians. it is a secret in the bible.  in the last days if it were possible signs would deceive the elect.

Philistine encounters with God.

 The O.T. mentions many times how the Philistines would meet in a unpleasant way with Almighty God.

In 1 Sam. 5 Dagon is thrown down because the ark of God was with the idol. The people see this and are frightened. 

The people run in fear when their hero Goliath is defeated. 1 Sam. 17:57.

out of fear they give ark back on a cart which drove by itself . unfortunately they look in the ark and many die.

They recognize that Israel has the true God. 

The world we live in  today sees God and prophesy being fulfilled every day. yet they will keep their heart hardened.  Back then the people of Jericho knew God destroyed Egypt and Pharaoh.  Yet they turn away.

Today many sing in church--foe  money but not to glorify God. They believe God accepts their unethical lifestyles. Some get up out of the bed after fornicating and go right on to church.

 the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. and knowledge. Prov.1:29. if they hate it then they cannot find it.

extremely high temperatures.

 This summer 2024 has been very hot.  index heat triple digits.  As I have been staying in to keep cool, have felt thoughts of compassion.  I can barely find ways to be outside. it is rough.  The question keeps popping into my mind ---How can anyone laugh at the idea that they will never come out of Hades or hell. a trillion years in a dark very hot place. The gamble of being wrong about Christ is worthy of more than a price one can pay. The the Jesus is the way of mercy that we can't afford to lose.  it's not a joke. I have a personal relationship with Jesus and know he is absolute truth.  As he talks to me daily I know that those who mock and become my enemies I forgive and wish they knew his love.

proof of hidden secrets in bible

 I have studied for years and found loads of them. I will share one with you. In Psalms 46:11  start out by reading that verse.  Look at v. 10  that is where the key is.  it is very likely you don't see it.  Having the Holy Spirit as a teacher is awesome. I believe that when I show you you will be excited enough to do more serious bible study.  If you read it in the Hebrew you can find it quicker. 

The same word in both verses are--God.  short for it is EL.  other versions would be Elohim--or Eli.  The companion word is in v.11.  it is (with) (us) ( Heb. for with is Im. )

In Jn. 14:17  The Spirit of God will not be received because the world sees him not . Just like in v.11 he will never be noticed.  the secret is there but not seen.  It is strange that he is the Spirit of truth and yet people offer him and are called liars.

Now what is the secret?  in v.11 of Ps. 46.  God is with us---Immanuel. He is our refuge and is exalted among the heathen and the nations.    God is with us.   though the world sees him not.

the difference between astrology and astronomy.

 They are not the same because one is a corruption of the other.  Way back God created everything. Then a terrible thing happened.  Satan the high Angel was proud and thought he deserved to own God's Earth and so forth.  Astrology as well as false gods (myths, were his rebellious attempt to take God's glory.  Ps. 19:1 the heavens declare the glory of God.  

what is Astrology?    In brief it is using a craft to predict the future.  A spirit of fear will keep people from learning what it is so that they can discern astrology from God's astronomy and signs. It started in the garden where the serpent said "hath God said".  God speaks through his glorious signs in the heavens and the devil is angry at the ability of God to speak and his not able to stop it.

in revelations chap. 12  we see a sign-- not astrology-- while it speaks of a man child being born by (the virgin) Virgo,  proven by the planet Jupiter  revolving in her womb 9 months  and also a catching away in a resurrection. prophetical but sure to happen whereas astrology is very inaccurate.

The birth of Jesus was another sign.  it was not astrology. but it was sure glory. it was a alignment  of  Jupiter and Venus, and Regulus. (the royal star). Saturn is always the Satan planet..

Just one example about astronomy.  Mal. 4:2  The sun of righteousness,  refers to God as the great light. he brings healing. That is not astrology. 

I am hopeful you can see that two identical things can also be opposites. Same would be like wolves in sheep's clothing  we must discern good from the bad and not make quick judgment.

those who subscribe are helpers of the gospel and bible teaching. That is before it is taken away from us.  I do not monetize my blog it is a gift to all who read it..

Three gods or one triune God?

 This is a revealing to help understand the trinity of God better.  We will see what the bible says and not opinions.

The Hebrew people knew there was only one God.  Deut. 6:4 The Lord God is one Lord.

Num. 23:19 They knew God was not a man that he should lie.

Isa. shows a trinity. Isa. 48:16  The Lord God and his Spirit has sent me.

The Heb. were knowing God didn't have human flesh and bones. Lk. 24:39

Jn. 4:24  God is a Spirit .

The word anthropomorphic means while saying God had a face, hands , arms etc. it was to help describe him so to be understood. apple of God's eye meant he can see but not like a person with eyes.

to gaze on Jesus on the cross is because he is a person you can see. 1Tim. 2:5 He is called the man Christ Jesus.

Pilot said Jesus is a just person. Matt. 27:24.  2Cor. 2:10 The person of Christ. He was born and grew up to be a man. He is God in the flesh. The flesh could die and shed blood for atonement for sin. It was his life that he laid down.

2 Cor. 5:16  Paul says he no longer knows him after the flesh-Jesus ascended to heaven his former glory Phil. 2:5-10.   Jn. 1:1-14 in the beginning was the word, and the word was with God and the word was God.

Jesus and the Father and the Holy Spirit are one essence. Only Jesus put on flesh to become a (person).  All we are left with is 3 distinct personalities who function as the one God  yet have different functions according to the will of the one God. We cannot have 3 persons for God is one God not 3. but we can have 3 distinct personalities who function independently for specific reasons.  example Jesus prays to the Father and calls him Eli ,Eli. Ps. 22:1.  God is on the cross--Jesus-- while his Father- God is in heaven. He will then send the Holy Spirit in  his place when he is in heaven.  Yet---he is one God. answer is 3 personalities distinct yet united.  not 3 Gods only one. not 3 persons.

My description is a tree.  One roots, one trunk, one bough-top. together they will produce fruit and or leaves. yet still one tree. each part functions independently.  

The goal? we cannot have 3 Gods.   A lot to be understood so pray Holy Spirit show me. Jn. 10:30 I and my Father are one.  Not Jesus only but two personalities. Father and son.  God bless.
